My Halloween Valentine to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

BOO!

Darrel Issa, soon to be Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

What's that smell? I think every senior executive in the Chief Counsel's Office just crapped in their underwear.

Ahhh! And does the media smell the same odor? Yes!

And they will of course attack Issa instead of the guilty. Why? Because they really do have an agenda and none of this is by virtue of their "mistakes" or "accidental" or "due to erroneous information." It's planned and they will only deviate from it when they feel threatened, and then only to the extent necessary because they really are Marxists, and this plan has worked for them in the past.

They realize, that there is only one way that they can be stopped now.

Look, he's already SAID the GOP won't try to impeach The One:
http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/125333-issa-not-a-chance-of-obama-impeachment-under-gop-house
probably because he KNOWS the sewage in the Senate would not vote for removal even if The One were caught killing babies. Hell, with what's in the Senate on BOTH sides of the aisle, ESPECIALLY if Obama was caught killing babies!
Why would you expect him to do ANYTHING about The One's Enablers?

Once we get the ole Constitutional revival on the way, we need to start a hard push to disband the ATF and roll back the militarization of our Federal, State, and Local police departments.

The ATF upper chain and field agents that have been involved in violating fellow citizens rights need to be tried and jailed.

That assumes 1) that the GOP actually WINS enough seats to have a majority despite Democrat/SEIU/?? chicanery WHICH APPEARS TO HAVE ALREADY STARTED and 2) that the congress elected next Tuesday is actually seated over two months from now.

In 6 days we'll know the answer to the 1st condition (although I have already predicted that the GOP will suffer a net LOSS). Even assuming (remember, assumption is the first and worst of all mistakes) the GOP actually WINS next Tuesday, the new Congress will not be seated for another 60 DAYS AFTER THAT. Plenty of time for something to happen.

And even if Mr Issa DOES get sworn in as chairman, a lot of things can happen to any extant documentary evidence on 60 days.

DAMN! I hope I'm wrong.

Off Topic: Mike, you were just mentioned on Larry King live. Granted it was in a collectivists tirade but I laughed out loud when she used you as an example of the hypocrisy of the Republicans. (It was too bad to, she is actually a very attractive woman).

They're still talking about passing MORE legislation.

Wrong answer.

They need to be talking about REPEALING legislation. We already have more than enough laws. We need fewer laws, not more.
